Welcome to the F.A.Q. page. I've gotten a couple emails regarding the site, so I decided to put up a small F.A.Q. page. If you have any other questions, or if you just want to comment on the site, still feel free to email me!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do you know so much about Domino?
A. That's a good question. A lot of people wonder why I seem so knowledgeable about her, her music, and other things. I base my knowledge on about 2 years of being obsessed. I've found all of my information by these meathonds: Finding websites with tidbits of information on her, getting in contact with ABeatC, knowing her voice so well that I'm able to pick it out the majority of the time, finding info in albums, and asking people in Eurobeat/Para Para communities whenever I have a question.

I base her singing carrer history on dates of when her music was released. For all I know, she could have been singing way before the date her first known song was released, under a label that no one knows about.

Unfornately, there is not a whole lot of concreate information on her, like with the majority of Eurobeat artists. All though, I'm learning more about her every single day, so when I do come up with more information it will be posted on this site.

2. Where did you find all the images of her?
A. The majority of my pictures are from my vinyl collection, others are from various websites I've stumbled upon on trying to find information on her, and others are from my friends who I've made over the years on Eurobeat and Para Para websites. Feel free to use any images I use here, but please add this website to your links and DO NOT HOTLINK! (Hotlinking is the act of using ones images from a server that isn't your own. If I find anyone using images on websites/forums directly from my own server, I will not be happy lol.)

3. How can I get incontact with Domino/ABeatC?
A. Research. Do your reasearch. The information is out there somewhere, you just have to find it. ;)

4. Why does the stuff on her first album (Tora Tora Tora, 1996) sound different? Her voice is a lot lower, and the music is slow!
A. Songs like Fall In Love, Hot Confession, etc. are known as Italo Disco. (Italo Disco is basically old Eurobeat).

5. Is Domino really divorced with Dave, or is that a rumour?
A. Domino is in fact divorced, or in the middle of getting divorced with Dave. I wish them the best of luck and I hope they still sing wonderful duets together. :)

6. How do you know when Domino is singing in the Go Go Girls?
A. Her voice is very distinct when she sings in Go Go Girls songs. As I said in the first question, I have listened to her music for 2+ years now, so I can hear it in music. It's quite scary actually. lol

7. Does Domino sing in/as (insert title here)/(insert artist here)
A. I discover new songs with her vocals qutie often. Generally, when I do discover something, I first freak out (lol) then post it in the Audiography section of this site. If you have a song that isn't on the list that you believe Domino sings, email me with the title and artist of that song, and I will give it a listen.

8. Does Domino know Japanese, or does she just sing in it?
A. Some people say she speaks it, others say she doesn't. There is some evidence leaning more towards her knowing it, but I really don't know.

9. Can you send me (insert song here)?
A. No. If you message me asking for mp3s, I will ignore you.

This website site is not a media site, it's an information site, and I am not someone you can leech off of. I do post 25-45 second samples of songs here though, and that's all your getting from me when it comes to mp3s. lol. I will supply you with information on where you can buy the Eurobeat albums with the songs you want on them. Help support our Eurobeat artists!

10. Why do people call you Mr. Domino?
A. It's a nickname I was given by my friend Dom, because I'm really obsessed with Domino! The name stuck. =3

11. I have Domino vinyls/albums/other that you don't have listen in your collection that I would like to sell or trade. Would you be interested?
A. Yes, I definately would! I'm allways looking for new Domino things, especially vinyls. Email me with what you have and how much you'd like for it, or what you want to trade for it, and I will concider. Just to let you know now, I will not trade any of my Domino things away.

12. I have information on Domino your website doesn't have, would you like to know?
A. YES! If you have any information on her I don't know about, please email me! I will put it on this site and give you credit for it. :)

13. I Refuse to buy an album or vinyl for one song! They're so expensive! Why are you so stingy with your Eurobeat collection?
A. I am stingy with my collection for many valid reasons. It's not fair to the people who support Eurobeat to send out songs and albums to those who refuse to spend money on the genre.

So you want Eurobeat? Here's something that's pain and simple, to get Eurobeat, you should BUY IT. One argument I've heard is "I don't have a credit card." There are many ways to get around that.

One: Many sites accept Money Orders. Go to your local bank or post office and buy an international money order, then send it.
Two: Give someone who has a credit card the money, and have them order it for you.
Three: Sign up with a business Paypal account, apply for a PayPal ATM Card (Which is a Mastercard, except instead of it being credit-based, it just takes out the money in your Paypal account), add your bank account to it, transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account, then use the PayPal ATM card.

Another argument is "I am not spending (insert amount of money here) for one song." Well, guess what! You're not getting just one song when you buy an album, you get all the songs. Eurobeat albums are very well made, and every track on them are really great. Just because one song strikes you as the best right away doesn't mean the rest of the songs will be a waste of money.

Now, the main reason why you should buy and support Eurobeat, instead of downloading it is because, unlike big record labels in the USA - small, minor Eurobeat labels do get effected by the act of file sharing, and Eurobeat could die if no one buys the material. No one believes this fact though, so I would like to support it with this quote from an email I recieved from SCP. "This in particular is killing all the efforts and passion we put in our music. If no-one buy Eurobeat, no-one will make it anymore.".

What I'm saying is that whenever you can, buy Eurobeat. I will definately not send you anything if you ask me. Trust me, you are getting more than what you pay for when you buy the albums.

15. I try to view your lyrics, but when I click on a song nothing happens!
A. I have selected to use popup windows to display the lyrics. If you are having problems viewing them, please make sure you either disable any popup blocker programs you have, or, if possible, give access to popups for http://www.dominonline.net/lyrics.html in your popup blocker program.

16. You website loads VERY slow! Is there a way I can make things load faster?
A. Unfortunately, I designed this website with broadband (cable, dsl) users in mind. If you are experiencing slow speeds when you access this site on dialup, then there is nothing I can suggest to you. If you are experiencing slowness on a broadband connection, try coming back to the website later, as the slow speeds could be due to my hosting service. :)

17. Do you have AIM or MSN?
A. Yes I do. My AIM handle is NineVCA and my MSN email is nine3001@hotmail.com.
